No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Use of this website or participation in any Eternal Path Ministries program does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or any other licensed professional relationship. Eternal Path Ministries is a faith-based non-profit ministry, not a licensed medical or mental health provider.

Family Room Responsibilities

When using Eternal Path Ministries' digital detox programs in a family or group setting (the "Family Room"), the parent or legal guardian who registers and hosts the session is solely responsible for all content accessed, viewed, or played during that session. By initiating a Family Room session, the hosting parent or guardian acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• You are responsible for supervising all minors present during the session and ensuring the content is age-appropriate for every participant in your household.
• You are responsible for monitoring and controlling all audio, video, and digital content displayed or streamed during your family detox session, including any content accessed through linked devices or external platforms.
• Eternal Path Ministries provides faith-based spiritual content intended for general adult audiences. It is the parent's or guardian's sole responsibility to determine whether any specific program or material is suitable for children in their care.
• Eternal Path Ministries shall not be held liable for any content a child or minor is exposed to during a Family Room session, including content accessed outside of our official programs on participant devices.
• By proceeding with a Family Room session, you confirm that you have reviewed the session content in advance and accept full parental responsibility for all participants under your supervision.

Governing Law

These disclaimers and all terms governing your use of Eternal Path Ministries' services are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Yakima County, Washington.
